(VP3) Program Manager, Team Leader for Group Business Banking - Program Management & Marketing, Enterprise Banking
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading a team of product managers on program product development, product enhancements and ensure product competitiveness and profitability to meet financial and non-financial KPIs set.
- Provide leadership and work together with team to define specific product acquisition and retention strategies for respective program products with clear value propositions for each target segments.
- To drive and manage end-to-end process including cross-functional initiatives to ensure smooth product delivery and customer experience.
- Engage sales team lead on the sales performance relating to the program product and to identify areas of sales improvement.
- Engage credit team lead on credit approval and identify areas of improvement to improve credit quality as well as productivity.
- Assist Business Head in the administration and management of the unit and any other projects directed by management.
- Engage Business Planners on overall sales performance of small business and to initiate business campaigns to boost sales.
- Represent the bank as the coordinator on matters relating to government assistance programs such as LEFS and International Finance Scheme.

- Business Head, Enterprise Banking
Requirements:
- Tertiary education with 5 to 8 years experience in product management
- Possess strategic thinking and yet able to execute tactical plans
- Able to lead and manage a team of product managers
- Result-oriented and self-driven
- Good communication and people skills
