Due to business growth, our client is actively looking for an intelligent and experienced Corporate Finance professional for the position of
This position will work closely with the CEO in:
- Identifying good business opportunities in the Asia Pacific region (exclude Japan/Korea)
- Identifying targets for acquistion and joint ventures
- conducting valuation of companies targetted for purchase
- conducting due diligence of acquistion/jv targets
- identifying investment opportunities in companies
- working on a long term IPO plan
Requirements:
- background in corporate finance
- experience in conducting due diligence and BD
- ability to conduct business valuations
- experience in mergers and acquistions, IPO Process
- proven track record in closing deals in M&A
- MBA preferred
Training will be provided to the selected candidate.
