Project Director (Vietnam based)
Our esteemed client in the resort & hospitality industry, is looking for an achiever to be based in Vietnam on full expatriate terms, for a very challenging role!
Responsibilities:
* Strategic planning & supervising the building of a mega project involving resort hotels & resort homes
* Liaising with developers, designers, lawyers and bankers
* Negotiating with the local authorities on regulatory matters
* Leading and motivating a team to meet construction datelines
* P & L responsibilities and regular reporting back to Singapore HQ
Requirements:
* A resourceful, highly independent and accomplished person, ready to take on big responsibilities and challenges with minimum supervision
* Minimum 5 years project management experience in property/real estate
* Basic Degree, preferably in Civil Engineering or related
* MBA with strong Project Management skills highly favoured
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills essential
* A Business savvy person with great interpersonal skills necessary to drive a team
* Demonstrated Team leadership of about 5 years
