Roles and Responsibilities :
- Perform the role of Alternate BU BCM Coordinator for Group O&T and BCM Coordinator for R&P
- Coordinate and facilitate implementation of BCM methodologies, tools and programs for implementation in Group O&T
- Coordinate group-wide BCP testing for Group O&T.
- Conduct annual review of BCP and facilitate development of business continuity procedures for operations departments.
- Conduct health checks of operations departments to review compliance with established controls
- Review & monitor the Loss Events of Group O&T.
- Prepare monthly Loss Events management report and half-yearly Loss Events trend analysis.
- Develop & conduct training programs to promote awareness & educate staff in methods and processes in managing risk
- Monitor monthly operating expenses against budget
- Act as back up for (i)Review of operations department’s risk assessments (ii) Coordinating & review of ICSA/RCSA half-yearly submission
Reporting to :
Requirements :
- Good knowledge in Ms Office especially Excel
- Experienced in conducting training
- Possess good process analysis skills, drive, initiative and ability to work independently as well as in a team
