Network and Telecommunications Manager (Mgr / AVP)
Main Responsibility:
- Manage the daily operations and maintenance of the Bank’s data network
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manages the operations of the Data Network which encompasses 24x7 network operations support, DR support, network optimisation and network refresh planning. Identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Manages international WAN network and ensure quality repairs and maintenance of the network.
- Manages data network product and technology for relevant implementation in the Bank.
- Assist in implementation of network related projects.
- Manages process enforcement, vendor management and ensure quality network documentations are maintained.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor in Electrical Engineering or Dip in Electronic Engineering or Information Technology with 5 years and above of experience in data network.
- Hands-on experience in dynamic routing protocols such as OSPF & BGP, Spanning Tree, NAT, NTP, VLAN trunking, Cisco LEAP, SNMP, TACACS, IPSec & GRE tunnelling.
- Working experience in WAN technologies such as DWDM, ATM WAN, Frame Relay, DLC, IPLC & ISDN.
- Good communication skills, trouble-shooting and engineering skills.
- Able to work with a team & provide 24x7 network support.
- CCNP/CCIE certification is preferred.
