Responsibilities:
- To expand real estate capability in South East Asia, we are currently expanding our real estate team and seek a Senior Investment Manager to work on the valuation, strategy and underwriting of real estate transactions
- The position will be based in Singapore and the candidate will assist (at expected level) in the underwriting and analysis of acquisitions and potential development of new projects through valuation, financial modelling, market research, and portfolio analysis.
- The principle responsibilities for this position include; financial analyses, cash flow, debt and equity financial modelling, and analysis of project budgets for assets in various portfolios
Requirements:
- Exposure, understanding and experience in the South East Asia market
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in real estate finance or investment with a major financial institution, investment bank, fund or developer
- Experience with a number of high value and high profile real estate transactions
