Senior Manager - Human Capital Development/Talent Management
We are looking for a dynamic HR practitioner with at least 7 to 8 years of experience to work with the Group Vice President of Human Resources to manage the overall human capital development of the company and drive key leadership programs and competencies across the organization. You will also be involved in organizational and cultural change, and developing and driving talent management and succession plans in Singapore and the region.
The role requires a strategic thinker who is able to lift the skills levels of the workforce through intensive training and development activities, attract and retain key talents through talent management and succession planning, and be a key driver of change.Responsibilities:
