Senior Finance Manager
The Senior Finance Manager will play a key role in the Global Finance team, to manage group consolidation of over 35 subsidiaries. He/she will also be responsible for the monthly analysis & reporting to Management.
Responsibilities:
- Review monthly financial statements of the subsidiaries
- Perform monthly consolidation for the Group
- Perform monthly financial analysis for the Group & by regions for the Management & senior managers
- Manage a team of 5 locally, 1 finance manager & 4 accountants
- Overseeing a team of 35 accountants overseas
- Implementation of recommended processes & internal control procedures for the Group
- Gain exposure to taxation policies of the various subsidiaries and assist in tax planning for the Group
- Work with external auditors of the group & subsidiaries
- Training new subsidiaries’ accountants to be familiar with corporate policies & reporting requirements
- Degree holder with min 8 years finance or commercial experience, at least 3 year in managerial position
- Good consolidation skill & good working knowledge of FRS standards
- Able to work independently & be hands on
- Good people management skill, pleasant disposition, service and people oriented and a team player
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work confidently with senior managers & external stakeholders
- Experience supporting global operations preferred
