Relationship Manager (MGR / AVP rank)
Group Business Banking - Enterprise Banking
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Managing a growing portfolio of borrowing corporate customers; and be accountable for developing the banking relationship.
- Customise financial solutions for operating assets, working capital and other financial services required by existing corporate customers.
- Cross-selling of diverse banking products.
- Maintaining customer satisfaction through excellent after sales customer service and support.
- Implementing product strategies and marketing campaigns to grow our share of the industry wallet.
Reporting to:
- Vice President, Enterprise Banking
Requirements:
- You should have a recognised university degree with at least 5 years' experience in credit and marketing in a commercial bank.
- You must be an independent mid-management level banking executive who has a wide network of contacts, particularly in the SME market and have the drive and enjoy the challenge to meet business targets.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and credit analysis skills are also essential to this role.
