responsibilities
- Build relationships with priority and high-net worth customers and to assist them in managing their personal financial portfolios.
- Assist customers to determine their investment objectives, develop their portfolio and suggesting suitable product alternatives, according to their investment profile.
- Create and organize sales plan designed to acquire new customers. Effectively manage leads to identify, prospect and convert target market customers.
- Manage, maintain and deepen the relationship with Clients.
Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years, Degree holder (preferably in the area of Finance, Marketing and B. Admin) or its equivalent.
- 2-5 years of working experience in sales within Banking and Financial related industry essential.
- Knowledge of Wealth Management products (ie. Unit Trusts, Structured Investements, Banca etc) advantageous
- Candidates with the necessary certification for financial advisory work eg. FAA, CFP will be advantageous
- Strong sales, communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Strong negotiation, cross-selling and presentation skills.
- Must be highly independent, target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Candidates with high potential and good sales track record in the banking industry will be groomed to succeed.
