Regional HR Manager (Beijing based)
Our client in the Energy industry is currently looking for a candidate who is specialized in HR, to hold the position of Regional HR Manager, to be stationed in Beijing, China.
Responsibilities:
- Expatriation planning and coordination- housing, moving, income tax submission, car rental, school etc;
- Develop & Implement strategic HR policies and procedures;
- Implement new guide for C&B through market benchmark;
- Establish new policy, various changes impact on HR ERP implementation system.
- Responsible for recruitment & selection, compensation and benefits, employee services for local staffs;
- Manpower Planning & budgeting;
- Set up HR tools such as: Job descriptions manual, induction program manual, annual appraisal manual etc;
- Undertaking HR projects & tasks such as human resource career development program.
Qualifications:
- A good university degree with HR specialization
- About 7 -10 years of strong HR generalist background
- Minimum 2 years of regional HR exposure with knowledge of expatriation management
- Well presented, high energy & ability to travel
- Willing to be relocated to Beijing
- English & Mandarin Language skills essential
- Comfortable in multicultural working environment
