Projects Manager
A large Real Estate Company is looking for an experienced Projects Manager
Responsibilities:
- To lead a team of consultants, handling, tendering and contract administration as well as leasing with contractors
- To plan and implement good quality control systems and to ensure good quality property development
- To manage deadlines and costs of projects with minimum supervision
- Extensive travel will be required
- Prior work experience in China will be an advantage
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or Architecture
- The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in the relevant field
- Excellent command of the English language and competency in Chinese language
- Ability to perform under tight schedules and deadlines with minimum supervision
- Minimum with 4 years experience in real estate development
