Business Development Manager
A dynamic individual is required to enhance our capacity planning capability within our Global Markets business. The key challenge will be to deliver the requirements below in an environment with a high rate of growth
Responsibilities:
- Consolidate and prepare regular Credit Risk & Basel 2 Credit RWA reports for management purposes and regulatory compliance
- Analyse traits and trends & perform portfolio analysis of various portfolios for Senior Management & External Parties such as Ratings Agencies
- Participate in various Basel 2 Credit RWA initiatives
- Gather credit risk data requirements from users and prepare user's requirements
- Prepare user acceptance test plan and conduct the testing accordingly when building or enhancing the database
Reports to:
Head, Credit RWA Analytics
- Good university degree
- 3 to 5 years working experience in the banking industry
- Aptitude for numbers with an eye for detail and yet able to have a macro oversight
- Good attitude with strong analytical & communication & written skills
- Good knowledge of banking products (preferably Treasury) and their risks
- Good working knowledge on Basel 2 requirements will be an added advantage
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (especially Access and Excel) and SQL, SQL+ & SQL Assistant
