Manager (Finance & Admin.)
A large Real Estate Company is looking for an experienced Manager (Finance & Admin.)
Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the General Manager
- Direct the Company’s financial operations and formulate strategies
- Provide financial leadership and maintain control of all the company’s financial matters
- Ensure that monthly financial and management reports, annual budgets and forecasts are prepared in a timely manner
- Overseeing the healthy cash flow of the company financing, taxation & treasury functions
- Overseeing the HR & Admin. functions
- Advise the management on the appropriate corporate structure and financial implication for new investments
Requirements:
- CPA, CIMA, ACCA or Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 10 years working experience in similar capacity preferably at corporate/large organizations and at least 5 years in real estate development industries
- Analytical, strong working knowledge of financial controlling, financial planning & corporate finance
- Be self-driven, possess good presentation and communication skills
- Ability to interact with all levels of staff
- Highly motivated with good interpersonal skills and a team player with pro-active attitude
- Able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
- Trustworthy and credible and can aspire to lead
- Willingness to travel overseas
- Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin is essential
