Business Development Manager
Achieve sales objectives within product range; pursue prospects, promote products, offer solutions and achieve sales and/or customer service targets. Responsible for offering financial advice to clients and prospects.
Responsibilities:
- Build the loan portfolio through alliance or referral by agents, lawyers and developers
- Coach and assist PFCs in their loan sales and servicing
- Provide added assistance to branches in the acquisition of business through facilitation of good relationship building and acquisition of platforms
Requirements:
- Good University Degree
- Minimum 2 year experience in sales of loans
- CLI, ILP, FNA, or M5, M8, M9 and HI certificates preferred
- Excellent selling & communication skills
- Thrive on challenges and targets
- Passion to succeed and excel
- Have High EQ, a "people person" who is able to communicate effectively & sell ideas
