Business Manager
As a key member of the Sales & Service Coaching team, you will provide overall guidance and direction on the wide range of banking products and through interactions with other relevant departments, advise & ensure provision of efficient & effective distribution channels, sales strategy, pricing policies & product development
Responsibilities:
- Supervise & evaluate activities of certain products/ and allocated branches/ cluster, providing advice, counselling and guidance to maximise sales revenue & serve as a focal point of contact for allocated cluster, establishing rapport & develop good working relationship with sales teams in cluster
- Understand key business processes and coordinate with relevant internal & external parties on various activities relating to launch or enhancement of products & services
- Engaged in planning & conceptualising & implementing business plans and sales & service strategies to enhance our business competitiveness
Requirements:
- Degree from a recognised university, preferably with a specialisation in Business or Banking
- At least 8 years of working experience, of which 4-5 years from banking environment is preferred
- A strategic thinker with a high level of initiative, passion and demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Good written and oral communication skills and able to interact with people of various levels
