Trade Manager for International Division – Financial Institution
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with internal partners (e.g. RMs and overseas offices) to promote FI related trade products to clients ensuring the achievement of product profitability and utilization.
- Coach/update internal partners (i.e. RMs and overseas offices) on new trade products/competition/facility structuring.
- Development and roll out new trade products to address clients' evolving needs.
- Working with partners across Divisions (e.g. Operations, Credit Admin and Treasury) to streamline processes and procedures
- Collating of data and reports for product performance tracking.

Requirements:
- Experiences in the FI segment, particularly FI related trade.
- Has knowledge of markets and clients which utilize trade products.
- Has clear understanding of FI relationship issues and how the product is linked to other services the client is purchasing from the bank.
- 5-7 years working experience with trade background, either from Product Management or Operations.
- Good understanding of the trade products and trade financing techniques from a product management and operational perspective.
- Experiences in Forfaiting / Risk Participation business with established contacts.
- Understanding of commercial, non-payment, political, commodity and trade flow risk.
- Good interpersonal, motivational and communication skills; strong team player.
- Good written communication skills.
- Good business sense (can detect market data that is important and can easily separate from one-off requests from clients)
- Good client presentation skill
- Good influencing/interpersonal and networking skills
