Systems Support Manager for International Division - Trade Services & International Operations
Responsibilities:
- Ownership to ensure smooth daily operations for systems within International Branches
- Custodian to system parameter settings and standardize static tables across branches.
- Support IT in trouble shooting and recommends intuitive short/long term solutions
- Plan, conduct and be accountable for quality and completeness of UAT (BAU Issues).
- Coordinate with IT & branches to ensure timely and orderly release of fixes
- Standardize and streamline branch System Operation Procedures to enhance productivity
- Coordinate with branches to ensure compliance with ITMP requirements and IS Standards
Reporting to:
- VP, Trade Services & International Operations
Requirements:
- Broad knowledge in general product offerings with solid expertise in one or many of the following functional areas (Treasury, Loans, Retail Banking, Trade Finance)
- At least 3 years line experience in supporting End User Operations
- Knowledge of MidasPlus, SWIFT or any existing product set is a plus.
- Passionate in service delivery and derive satisfaction from problem resolving
- Self-motivated, high drive, meticulous, committed and willing to learn.
- Familiar with ITMP & IS Standards
