Systems Implementation & Delivery Manager for International Division - Trade Services & International Operations
Responsibilities:
- Lead and ensure smooth rollout of projects within International Division
- Solicit new requirements from branches and value add in shaping product enhancement
- Devise practical measures to ensure product features are optimized with functionalities meeting Divisional objectives
- Plan, conduct and be accountable for quality and completeness of User Acceptance Test leading to sign offs and rollout
- Develop best practices, training and standardizing of processes across International branches leading to quantifiable productivity gain
Reporting to:
- VP, Trade Services & International Operations
Requirements:
- Broad knowledge in general products offerings with solid expertise in one or many of the following functional areas (Treasury, Loans, Retail Banking)
- At least 5 years implementing and testing Banking projects preferably from end-user perspective
- Knowledge of MidasPlus or any existing product set is a plus
- Good team player who possesses excellent communication & interpersonal skills, facilitating intra-branches knowledge sharing and/or transfer
- Self-motivated, high drive, meticulous, committed and willing to learn
- Willing to travel
