Legal Advisor (Banking)
Provides general legal counsel to operating areas as well as specific advice on products, services and certain legal actions. Reviews legal contracts and documents.
Reports to:
Head of Legal & Compliance, Singapore
Responsibilities:
- Assist Head of Legal and Compliance, Singapore to prepare and review legal documents
- Liaise with external counsel on legal issues
- Any other job duties which the supervisor may delegate from time to time
Requirements:
- Degree in Law
- 5 – 8 years of relevant experience in a law firm. Experience in financial institutions is preferred
