Korean Investment Manager
Our client, a newly set-up foreign Investment Banking Company in Singapore is inviting suitable candidates for the following position:
Objective: To grow & develop the North Asia market. The candidate will be responsible for the underwriting and analysis of acquisitions and potential development of new projects through valuation, financial modelling, market research, and portfolio analysis
Responsibilities:
- Financial analyses, cash flow, debt and equity financial modelling, and analysis of project budgets for assets in various portfolios
Requirements:
- Must have good understanding and strong network of the real estate market in North Asia in order to build up client relationship
- 5 to 8 years’ experience in real estate finance or investment with a major financial institution, investment bank, fund or developer
- Korean language essential
- Independent and mature personality
- Ability to negotiate at senior level
