A leading bank invites an energetic and dynamic Japanese-speaking sales professional to join their team as Relationship Manager (Banking)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for servicing portfolio of high net worth Japanese Clients.
Responsible for Account Acquisition.
Manage, maintain and deepen the relationship with Clients.
Perform Financial planning and selling of various personal financial and investment products.

Requirements:

Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Banking and Finance or Business. Economics, Accountancy or related disciplines
Candidates must have excellent command of the Japanese Language
Strong interest in the Banking Industry, with knowledge of banking products an advantage
Minimum 2 years of strong sales track record in current job
Good communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Strong negotiation, cross-selling and presentation skills.
Must be highly independent, target-oriented and self-motivated.

Training will be provided to the selected candidate.
