IT manager - Infrastructure
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing infrastructure support for Malaysia office.
- Responsible for technology on infrastructure – including LAN, WAN, Voice, Data Centre, Windows
- Responsible for first line support on the infrastructure platform
- Work in conjunction with the 2nd line support in Singapore and Hong Kong to support the infrastructure
- Coordinate with the systems vendors and service providers to ensure that the standards are being implemented and complied
- Coordinate with the systems vendors and service providers to execute defined system project
- Positions reports to the Head of Administration (Malaysia) with a functional reporting line to the Head of IT, Singapore
Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology or related certification in Infrastructure Technology
- 5 – 8 years experience in IT operations
- At least 2 years experience of investment banking industry
- Strong project management skills
- Proven track record in infrastructure projects
- Strong analytical skills
- Good communicator with strong command of English
- Team player is a pre-requisite
