Associate – Credit Control & Administration
Headquartered in Singapore and strategically positioned at the financial crossroads of Asia, our client is one of the largest financial services groups in Asia. With an extensive investor network in the Middle East, they seek well-rounded, motivated and experienced individuals to join the Singapore office.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for timely and accurate monthly regulatory and management reports including analysis based on trends and variances
- Analyse and refine processes or systems to incorporate changes in requirements
- Conduct regular reviews on processes or systems to optimize efficiency, minimize operating risks and quality of work
- Participate in projects/initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, enhance efficiency & reduce risk and cost, as well as resolve management information issues
- Manage new processes/systems/enhancements of existing processes/systems to both local and overseas offices
- Handle intermediate system testing and overall User Acceptance Testing
Requirements:
- Degree, preferably in Business with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of credit products of risk processes is preferred
- Meticulous with an eye for detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly in MS Access, MS Excel & Powerpoint is a pre-requisite
- Good working knowledge of Business Objects will be an advantage
- Aptitude for numbers, strong analytical skills and effective problem solving skills
