Job functions include:
Incumbent needs to have at least 7 to 8 years of experience in HRD, especially with strong experience in Talent Management and Succession planning, as well as organisational change management experience. A dynamic and outgoing personality is required, with a strong passion for HRD. Ability to work with people at all levels and manage internal clients.
