HR Relationship Manager
Group Human Resource - Relationship Management (Supporting Group BB, Group Investment Banking and Group Quality and Service Excellence)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supports Line Managers in all matters relating to HR such as resource management, performance management, disciplinary issues, employee relations, staff and career development, succession planning and talent development;
- Works closely with Line Managers on key retention and engagement initiatives
- Works closely with Line Managers on the learning and development needs of staff;
- Implement multi-channel recruitment activities to meet employment requirements and fill vacancies including road shows, interviews, assessment screening and networking. Analyses success rates of the various recruitment channels;
- Consults Industrial Relations team to address employee and industrial relation issues;
- Manages staff transfers, secondments and placements;
- Conducts exit interviews and analyses the data to implement corrective actions to decrease resignation of talent and key staff;
- Assists to manage and conduct communication and tracking activities for the annual Staff Survey, Compensation Pack, Performance Management processes, etc;
- Manages the interview process, issues offer letters, immigration and tax matters for seconded employees, maintains data, generates reports;
- * Maintains headcount reports.

- Lead HR Relationship Manager
Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline;
- Min 5 years in HR
- Discreet in handling people issues
- Maintain positive outlook and open to change;
- Values diversity;
- Demonstrated good interpersonal relationship skills;
- Dynamic in nature.
