HR Positions
Our client, a large foreign bank in Singapore, is looking for HR personnel for the Corporate & Investment Banking sector.
HR Advisor:
- The HR Advisor will be working very closely with the line managers and will provide a full spectrum of HR services to the Operations and Technology departments. Key responsibilities include recruitment, developing talent management and retention strategies, advising on HR policy as well as facilitating the change management process. The incumbent will need to work closely with the compensation and benefits center of excellence to ensure that the HR policies are in line with the business requirements.
- The ideal candidate should possess at least 3-5 years’ experience in an HR advisory function and have a Degree in Human Resources. Strong communication and co-ordination skills coupled with the ability to work with HR professionals at all levels and across geographical boundaries is key to success in this role.
Payroll Officer:
- The successful candidate should have 2-3 years’ experience in handling payroll administration as well as tax reporting. A good understanding of accounting principles, excellent PC skills as well as HRIS skills will be necessary to succeed in this role. You are likely to possess a Diploma in Accounting or Business Administration and have strong analytical and numerical skills. Good co-ordination skills, sensitivity to deadlines and a strong sense of ethics are essential for the role.
HR Generalist:
- We are seeking a HR Generalist to join our HR service center team to handle our recruitment administration as well as training administration. The successful candidate should possess at least a Diploma in HR with 2-4 years’ experience in recruitment support as well as training administration. Experience in a similar service center role within the banking industry would be preferred. You should be an organized person with good communication and PC skills.
