Group HR Director
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be assisting him in finance, accounting, tax and legal matters of the organization. You will also support growth of the company by assisting him in developing a strong financial control environment and providing quality financial information for decision making.
Responsibilities:
- Pre-opening HR (local labour regulations, manning contracts, compensation & benefits & correspondences with owning companies)
- HR policies
- Comp & Ben (market research, annual excom salary review etc)
- Career development
- Employee Communication ( associate satisfaction survey, grievance etc)
- Recruitment & selection
- Performance Management (coaching, appraisal, internal transfer etc) including overseeing the individual scorecards for senior managers & above in the Group
- Organisation of HR Divisional Conference & Group Strategy Meeting
- Review of HR-related proposals / projects
- HR Audits
Requirements:
- Min 5 years as regional HRD or corporate HRD for a luxury hotel chain
- Diplomatic & great interpersonal skills
- Strong critical & analytical thinking skills
