Head, Group Lending (Retail/Consumer Banking)

A leading foreign bank in Singapore is looking to fill the senior position of Head, Group Lending (Retail/Consumer Banking

Responsibilities:

• Grow client base/market presence in secured and unsecured loans
• Provide oversight of full range of secured and unsecured loans such as personal loans and mortgages
• Responsible for developing and enhancing the range of products provided by the bank
• Actively involved in new product design & development
• Overall in-charge of reviewing the performance of existing products, doing risk profiling and risk modelling for new products
• Working closely with credit reviewers at operations level and launching global products by tweaking them to suit  different country requirements
• Work closely with marketing group

Requirements:

• At least 10 years relevant Product knowledge and experience in the financial services industry
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills
• Strong Leadership and problem solving skills
• Strong credit risk knowledge and experience is necessary
• A strategic planner
