Our client, a large local MNC with 5000+ headcount, is looking for a dynamic HR practitioner to fill the role of
Employee Relations Manager
Responsibilities:
- Formulates and recommends program goals and objectives in all areas of employee relations
- Develops, implements, and monitors programs to ensure the effective management of employee relation and policy administration
- Investigate employee issues and complaints and develop appropriate responses
- Coach managers and supervisors in all facets of performance
- Facilitate information sharing, support transfer of best practices
- Responsible for all internal communication channels
- Reinforce the company’s culture and develop the corporate identity
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, preferably in Human Resources
- 5 – 7 years of working experience with at least 3 years in Employee Relations
- Able to objectively coach managers and employees through complex issues
- Able to work independently and handle conflict positively
- Able to deal with confidential and sensitive information with tact and professionalism
- Has high level of communication and interpersonal skills
