Business Development Manager (MGR6 / AVP5 rank)
Group Business Banking - Enterprise Banking
As a Business Development Manager in the Business Development Unit, you will be responsible for :
- Securing new SME clients, to which you will provide the full suite of banking products and services ranging from working capital/asset/trade financing and capital markets/treasury products to Internet Banking
- Developing new business accounts with the primary focus of generating revenue growth and profit maximization for the business unit
- Working closely with various product partners to provide banking packages that cater to customer needs
- Differentiating the Bank from the competitors and persuading potential customers to choose us
Reporting to:
- Vice President, Enterprise Banking
Requirements:
- You should have at least 3 to 8 years' experience in credit and marketing position in a commercial bank with the relevant university degree
- You are independent mid-management level banking executive who has a wide network of contacts, particularly in the SME market and must have drive and enjoy challenge to meet business targets.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and credit analysis skills are also essential to this role.
