Compliance Officer
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring that all activities in the entity compile with all statutory requirements in the Country
- Be familiar with the regulatory requirements and firm’s internal procedures so as to carry out regular compliance reviews
- Any other job duties which the supervisor may delegate from time to tim
- Positions reports to Country President with a functional reporting line to the Regional Head of Legal and Compliance
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Accountancy/Business/Law
- Degree or professional qualification with 3 years' experience in the capital market or a relevant diploma with 5 years' experience in the capital market
