China - IT Department

Our client a major bank in Singapore, is actively looking for IT Application Business Analysts for it's China – IT Department

Role: Business Analyst
Level: AVP

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide first level support to business users in China branches on the Core banking system and local applications
Gather, evaluate and document business user requirements on system enhancements and communicate with Head Office application support team
Prepare test scenarios and undertake User Acceptance Testing
Liaise with Head office application support team on problems/issues reported by branch users

Reporting to:

Qualifications:

Working knowledge of AS400 and common operating system platforms (“open” systems),
Have prior working knowledge of core banking and regulatory reporting applications
Able to write and speak fluent English and Mandarin
Should have strong analytical skills
Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or other related disciplines
At least 3 years of working experience in the same capacity
Initiative, drive, ability to work independently and in a team are essential attributes

Note:

This position requires the candidate to be stationed in Singapore for a period of 6 months before returning to China
