CEO Vietnam Fund
Responsible for overseeing of Vietnam Fund, stakeholder communications activities, investing hotels and other real estate projects and their operations & financial results.
Must have prior experience in similar role with sound knowledge or experience in hospitality sector and property development.
Responsibilities:
- Excellent Management skills – can put together and lead a management team that possesses the range of skills required to operate the differing types of businesses and operations of Laguna Hue to their maximum potential
- Create a teamwork environment, ensuring that competing businesses (such as 7 hotels) can work together towards a common goal.
- Goal orientated and systematic approach to ensure that projects are completed within the required timeframes
- Strong financial management skills (reporting and analysis) backed up with relevant educational and professional background
- Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly the ability to work with groups and organizations.
- Decisive – can make the right decision working under pressure
- Highly energetic, self starting, entrepreneurial and creative individual who can express/recognize ideas, opportunities, and communicate goals and objectives clearly. This individual must also have an ability to travel with some frequency.
- Strong oral and written communication skills are important.
- Background in the development and implementation of proposals
- Strong organizational and project development/management skills
- Knowledge of hospitality market and property development
- Proven track record in project of similar standard and in similar capacity
- Effective public, business and community relation techniques
- Highly energetic, self starting, entrepreneurial and creative individual who can express/recognize ideas, opportunities, and communicate goals and objectives clearly. This individual must also have an ability to travel with some frequency.
