Compensation & Benefits Manager

Our esteemed client in the resort & hospitality industry, is looking for someone to fill the position of Compensation & Benefits Manager.  The incumbent will report into the Group HR Director.

Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain the Group’s compensation system, with a focus on enhancing the linkage between compensation and performance
  2. Oversee the Group’s performance evaluation system and designing pay-for-performance reward systems
