Business Manager
As a member of the Branch Sales Support team, you will assist to improve sales performance thru’ gathering business competitiveness data and planning/organising activities to enhance sales results
Responsibilities:
- Gather market data/intelligence on competitors’ offerings such as products, incentive structure & reward scheme and provide analysis/information to the clusters so as to enhance our competitiveness
- Plan and organise regular briefings/events for the network to inform/educate and to reward the sales force
- Gather feedback from the clusters with a view to improve process flow/turnaround time, reduce inefficiency and improve morale and productivity
Requirements:
- Degree from a recognised university, preferably with a specialisation in Business or Banking
- At least 5 years of working experience, of which 3-4 from banking environment is preferred
- Possess a high level of initiative, passion and demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Good written and oral communication skills and able to interact with people of various levels
