Branch Manager for Group Consumer Financial Services - Branch Banking
Responsibilities:
- Manage, coach and motivate the staff at the Branch to achieve the challenging sales targets of financial products
- Deliver stringent service quality standards at the Branch
- Manage operations risk
- Head, Branch Banking
Reporting to :
- University degree
- At least 5 years' experience in the banking and financial services industry with a strong track record in financial product sales
- Strong interpersonal communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Possess initiative, drive and ability to work independently as well as in a team
