Compensation and Benefits Consultant
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct salary and benefits analysis
- Participate in market compensation and benefits surveys
- Review performance management system
- Assist in policy formulation, design preparation work and implement programs in the areas of Compensation and Benefits
- Perform job analysis and evaluation exercises; and promotion and annual increment exercises
- Coordinate confirmation and performance appraisal exercises
- Coordinate benefits administration largely in the areas of leave and medical claims
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, preferably in Human Resources
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits function
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
