AVP / Manager, Wealth Management Products, Personal Financial Services
A top foreign bank in Singapore is looking for two Product Managers to join the Wealth Management team.
The positions are:
Position 1: Specialise in Deposits and Banking Services
Position 2: Specailise in Treasury Products
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for product accountability in terms of revenue and costs management, including modelling and sensitivity studies to attain maximum profitability and increase market share.
- You will be required to initiate and implement product launches and plans to meet consumers’ changing needs; as well as initiate regular interaction with the distribution platform to establish rapport and gather feedback on products.
- You will ensure that all product solutions are aligned with regulatory requirements
- You will have to increase customer focus by executing activities collectively with Marketing to ensure sufficient product awareness.
- You will also need to enhance and fine-tune processes to shorten the processing time and achieve cost efficiency.
- You will review/study/implement system capabilities and solutions to deliver product offerings
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration/Economics/Marketing,
- At least 3 to 5 years of prior product development experience in either Deposits and Banking Services, or in Treasury Products, in a financial institution with proven track record of successful product launches.
- In addition, you should have strong analytical and numerical skills to analyse and model product portfolio.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, as well as be able to communicate ideas clearly to peers and management.
- Strong business acumen and initiative,
- Creative and self-motivated team player
- Ability to manage projects independently.
