Analyst/Investment Manager
Our client, a newly set-up foreign Investment Banking Company in Singapore is inviting suitable candidates for the following positions: Analyst / Investment Manager.
Objective:
To expand real estate capability in South East Asia, they are currently expanding their real estate team and seek an Analyst to work on the valuation, strategy and underwriting of real estate transactions.
Responsibilities:
- The candidate will assist (at expected level) in the underwriting and analysis of acquisitions and potential development of new projects through valuation, financial modelling, market research, and portfolio analysis
- financial analyses
- cash flow
- debt and equity financial modelling
- analysis of project budgets for assets in various portfolios
Requirements:
- Exposure, understanding and experience in the South East Asia market
- 3~5 years’ experience in real estate finance or investment with a major financial institution, investment bank, fund or developer
- Experience with a number of high value and high profile real estate transactions
- Relevant degree in related discipline
